23. The core premise of this documentary is false. Global productivity has no been declining for the past 20 years. Over the course of the last 20 years the rate of increase in global worker productivity has slowed global, productivity itself has increased and even in Developed economies where productivity is stagnant definitely not been a decrease, more a levelling off.
