It says on my account that I have no subscription. I paid for a yearly subscription on the 24th April 2023 (297.15 euro) then on the 20th April 2023, they took out my previous monthly subscription (34.57 euro). I have written to Midjourney several times to try to get my monthly payment back, after promises of it being sorted out within 5-7 days. I am still waiting to hear back from them (29th May) The worst company I have ever had to deal with. I am still awaiting a reply regarding my yearly subscription, that says I have not got one. Leonardo is killing them on features now. They are also pricing themselves out with the privacy feature now only being available in the plan for $60/month. Casual users will never bring in much money if any, and will come and go.
