I am an atheist, and agree with much of what the "new atheists" say. But this brights thing absurd. We already have a reputation of being arrogant, and calling ourselves brights does the exact opposite of dispelling this notion. It's true, if I listen to Daniel Dennett discuss the word, I see where he is coming from. But most people won't get that far. The damage is done.
There is a captioning error. In 2:05–2:07, the caption says "god and human" but its supposed to be "Kant and Hume", just a heads up.
