The Observer-Centric Universe
This brief presentation shows how the Observer-Centric Model of the Universe – derived from EA Abbott’s Flatland by William JE Brown and given its name by cosmologist Carlo Rovelli – reveals the shape of our universe.
By demonstrating from basic geometrical principles that the temporal dimension is not intrinsically ‘different’ from our three spatial dimensions but will only appear so to an observer located within a dimensional structure, all four dimensions are shown to obey the same rules.
Using simple extrapolation through Flatland, Spaceland, Hyperland, the application of the ‘Magic Treadmill’ mechanism lays to rest forever this age-old conundrum.

Lee Smolin just popped up and said exactly what I was thinking. Let's get to grips with one before we move on the Multiverse. It's looking more and more like 'Observable' has to be factored in.
