Here’s how Jussie Smollett’s staged attack came together and how police seemed to immediately know he was lying from his body language.
Jussie Smollett is the actor famous for his role on the Fox TV show Empire. Jussie clearly staged his own attack, paid his two friends to do it, and then made it seem like he was a victim of the attack, so he could gain more fame and demand a higher salary on his TV show. However, Jussie is still claiming it was an actual attack despite all the evidence pointing to him staging it.
The Chicago prosecutor gave Jussie an outrageous sweetheart deal where he would just forfeit his $10,000 bail bond, do 2 days of community service, and all charges against him would be dropped. Jussie didn’t have to apologize to the city or admit any wrong doing and he still claims he did nothing wrong. Now, there’s an investigation to determine how Jussie got off so ridiculously easy, as well as a law suit filed in civil court to get Jussie to repay Chicago the money spent to investigate his fake attack.
Recently, surveillance and police body camera footage has been released, so we’re going to piece together the footage to show how the attack came together and how police seemed to immediately know Jussie was lying from his body language.
Currently, Jussie is still claiming that he was actually attacked and he didn’t stage it. Jussie’s defense is the Osundario Brothers were apparently the ones who attacked him against his will, yeah completely bogus on so many levels due to the mountains of evidence and what Jussie has claimed prior. As more evidence is released, such as with this footage, it becomes even more certain that this was all a staged attack. Jussie – If you want any chance at regaining anything of what’s left of your career, you can start by just telling everyone the truth and apologize.

I think smollett is guilty as hell, that being said; It is very easy to misread what is instigating body language and not every uses the same signals for body language.
Body language is fine for leading an investigation as to what questions to ask or where to possibly lead the investigation, but should never be used to determine truthfulness or guilt. Police are not omnipotent, and the assumption they can determine people are guilty and thus then force a confession or prosecution is exactly why there are so many people who continually have their evictions turned over. For every person that was fortunate enough to have physical evidence available that they didn't commit a crime their are countless people not so lucky who have spent their lives unjustly imprisoned. It is impossible to reliably determine peoples truthfulness or guilt based upon physical reactions.

Derek, your narration is a failure. The giggling and over-the-top smiling distract from your narrative and diminish your credibility. It appears cynical and childish on your part. You are trying too hard. By the way, it does make some sense that Smollett would leave the noose in place to preserve evidence for the cops.

I told my 89 year old mother about the 'noose scene' and she said that if anybody put a noose around her neck and attacked her, the rope would be the first thing to come off after the attack. It was my first thought too. Jessie should go to jail.
You sound dumb AH. If the police knew or even thought that he was lieing there wouldn't have been an investigation. It still to this day hasn't been proved that him and the brothers are friends. The only thing that they had that they could release on Jussie was text records that had nothing to do with a friendship or contact over time was that he bought some coke off of them and these videos. WHICH STILL PROVE NOTHING. For you to make fun of the thickness in the rope around his neck, he didn't say they tried to go hang him up on a tree so the fact that people expected that isn't a problem with him it's a problem within yourself. Then the way he took it off his neck and didn't handle it the way you thought he should've was wrong also. No one knows if the guy Frank told him to leave it on until the police come, because they should be the one's taking it. This nonsense about him doing this to get paid more money or because he was getting ready to loose his job on Empire was all a lie. He was far from an extra on Empire, which was more than I can say for one of the brothers who had a silent stand in spot on an episode. CPD had nothing but the brothers word and substantial evidence, but they were going to try and make it fit however they needed it to.
