  1. Me and some friends almost always smoke a little before any soccer practice or game and we play better and endure more besides we have a lot o fun

  2. This study is half assed. Are they regular smokers? for how long, what frequency? Now test their lung capacity sober. how much did they smoke? Are they ebible /tincture users? what strain? These are the results of a lung and heart capacity comparison between comparable tobacco smokers, weed smokers, non-smokers, edible users… don't let a graphic designer tell you how to do your job people. *face palm*

  3. I used to workout high. It used to help me feel relaxed during weight training, but obviously didn't encourage me to push myself enough in the gym. Plus the high would wear off pretty quick, so it waste a waste of good weed. Save it as a reward for after your workout so you're more motivated to do your workout first, then you can smoke and relax and properly enjoy the high after 🙂
