1) Remove the cloth from the lamp.
2) Crank up the voltage.
In another video he uses a different but similar metaphor- He uses a mirror.
1) The mirror is warped & must be smoothed out, a plain flat mirror.
2) The mirror must be flipped over like a dosa (pancake). This part is a very delicate process & needs much careful attention.
He's talking about attention, awareness tho.

What a great man Sadhguru is! We need more people like him in this world. I was watching what Isha foundation is doing to help humanity in several parts of the world, this is the way please support Isha foundation. I hope this foundation expands through out the world just like internet did. Sadhguru explanation is so clear when he speaks it is wonderful listening to him. Keep up the great work Sadhguru your teaching is helping millions of people around the world you are a true guru. Peace
