Good criticisms.
I disagree with your first point at 1:25. "If things were undetermined" does not imply the specific metaphysical position you take it to mean. He's bringing up that phrase to suggest that his view is not limited to a deterministic world. He is referencing previous discussions about whether randomness could also support the same conclusions as one might draw about free will under determinism.
Your entire commentary misinterprets the conversation. I'd recommend looking more into Dennett's position. Some longer talks on Youtube that he has given illuminate it better than this short snippet.
