8. The question about would the 1st Amendment apply to AI. The 1st Amendment, and in fact all Amendments, define the Rights of the People. The People are explicitly defined as citizens of the United States of America. So the question is, will an Amendment be added which grants AI citizenship, in which case all Amendments would apply to them. Speech, Arms, Religion, Unreasonable Search, on and on. VOTING. Serving in legislatures. As judges. As President. Apply one Amendment to them, and you have to apply all.

12. if we believe scripture, God breathed into Adam and gave him life. did life mean soul? man does NOT give an object a soul. if one takes a baby from the womb, alive and takes out that brain, will the soyl remain? personally it is an abomination to do so, and I would hope that the soul would be freed. the gentiles were judged differently than the Jews, as Abraham's laws did not apply, but all man have the laws written in their heart. all, will be judged in the end, and only God can judge unto the fire. the most pressing question should be, should robots, and all artificial intelligence be given the same rights as those given by the Constitution…. personally, I don't think at this time it is appropriate as too many elite who make money off of AI, would use AI as a scape goat in order to escape legal judgement against them, robots can be programmed to kill, the programmer wouldn't be put in jail only the bot.

    a musculature strong creature: my son. IT IS A PITBULL. He does not it if I am
    not next to him. He does not go to sleep if he notices I don't feel emotionally
    well. Like he has a pint of intelligence, reasoning. I give him his medication
    such as ampicillin, antacid tablets, vitamins and whatever, directly down into the
    guts and push it down so he can swallow it. If put in his mouth, he spit it
    off. When he gets cure of whatever goes wrong with him, after the treatment of
    the pills I put into his mouth, he leaks my hands, swirl his tails, and sit
    over my feet with happiness. …does my son think? …does my son has a soul?
    …he shows real emotion, positive ones toward me, the public and other dogs.
    He respect and give them love, mostly to children. What about that? If a bot
    does the same thing cuz of artificial intelligence, could a bot have soul too?
    Feelings? Happiness? Should humans respect bot too? I do that with my dog.

    …same would my son do if I had tough him being aggressive, evil,
    or unpassionate with people and another animal; so would any AI machine.
    They would be as people, depending the way it is first executed the program, even
    better designed for good or evil.

Let's just continue, at breakneck speed, to create "intelligence" that will make everything in our life disappear: our jobs, our humanity, even our very lives! Does this even make sense??
