I saw this theory few days back on reddit. I loved this theory because, WB pirates are bound to come to Wano at some point- so it would make sense to have a character of WB pirates who has Wano origins to be in Wano at current timeline.
izo, like Marco and others are just following the footstep of who WB was a character.
There's a very less chance of the witching hour boy to be someone else at this point. Oda could just make Izo come into Wano with rest of the crew, but him already being at Wano, makes it more exciting.
