A panel discussion chaired by Parlour’s Editor and co-founder, Justine Clark.
The long-term sustainability of the profession depends on architecture becoming more diverse – in demographics, in ways of working and in modes of practice. How might we redesign our profession to support diverse, sustainable work practice? What would expanded definitions of architectural practice and engagement be and what would they offer both the discipline and the community?
What are the different roles we might play in moving towards a more equitable and robust profession with opportunity for all.
