The Mindful Movement
This special yoga nidra meditation and visualization practice can be used during the day to replenish your energy if you are feeling tired, or as a way to help you fall asleep and enjoy extremely productive and healing sleep. It has been said that 1 hour of yoga nidra equates to 4 hours of deep sleep. Using this systematic approach to full body and mind relaxation can help you connect with your own true and natural wisdom, your ability for healing and relieving stress.
Now is your time to relax and connect with your authentic self to experience inner peace and healing.
This meditation is 50 minutes of spoken word and can be used during the day or to help you go to sleep for the night.
If you are listening to this recording with the intention to move into a sleeping state, my voice will simply fade into the background and your subconscious mind will be ready to allow sleep to easily come to you.
If you are moving on with your day, your subconscious will listen to my voice bring you back to full awareness. You may also want to set a soft timer if you don’t plan to go to sleep.

This is the most amazing meditation thank you. It puts me into the deepest sleep!
I'm not sure if anyone else gets this… I'm enjoying alot of these videos and exploring. But when she asks me to go to certain places, like a safe space or a moment… I don't have one. I end up going through a Rolodex of painful memories trying to frantically find a good one and end up totally out of relaxation and in a totally disturbed state. Am I alone? Are there videos on this account that anyone can direct me to where visualization of the past isn't a part of it? I am really enjoying the ones that work for me and want to find more! Thank you for your work π

Is it possible to get out of our own body while doing this meditation ? Because I felt something really strong right before I wake up : I was pulled out (which felt like I was falling down hard in my dream and couldn't resist it) and then I physically felt myself above my own body as I kind of merged with my physical body (I was lying on my bed). It feels crazy or at least really weird to say that but it was so strong that I felt it entirely. So is this possible ?

Idk why but whenever I go inside, it feels like my soul has scars and scratches of the events that have happened to me. It has deep wounds begging to heal and as soon as I switch off the outer world and get aware about my current inside situation I cry. I've cried so many times whenever I experience this. Idk what to do. Idk how do I turn off my thoughts

Hi Sara, I get a lot from a number of your meditations, but especially from your yoga nidra's. They both seem to detoxify me. Tried this one last night and it really helped to calm my soul.
Unfortunately I loose focus on your speech…its a bit too much to listen too, but o/w nice calm voice and speed…I got a headache, which I didn't have before I started…I wonder what I did wrong..
