The difference between you and your mothers, your grand-mothers even, giving allowance for what was en vogue in its time, is miniscule. But when one doesn’t have parents per se; that there is no direction, only reaction. Changes can happen more rapidly. As Marc Breed has done. Taking an MFA and freely marrying it to the adult field, creating something never before considered as a fine art. What he created is the ripple in the pond necessary to transform through the most liberal of mindset, perhaps impetus to heal the World. And he knew it, since he first began decades ago. Genius is rarely used within the field of fine art. In fact only once before.

Does anyone know where this is from? Is it from the BBC??
Pablo Picasso, the bull fighter had great solutions and remains the ultimate luxury brand of all time. Check out the LeReve. His Nude Green and Bust remains top of the range, raking over 100,000,000 USD.No matter how you spin that, it's still a staggering steep price. Himself fiesty and intense at times, he also the greatest master after Rembrandt.

what I wanna know is where the line is drawn between good and bad? how can one say this is a good picasoo painting and this is a bad… 31:00
the best
I feel like pablo .. naa i feel like Me!!
Ha ha so bored
Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is challenging for me to understand modern art. Most people would not dare to hang these paintings in their wall if they did not know the painter's name and got them for free from a garage sale.
What !? He's dead…and then the story starts …@ 50.5 ?? Bizarre !
Stuffy British old- fashioned interpretations are at times painful.
Thanks for this upload, enjoyed watching
Picasso! One of the greatest artists of all time!

Son mis Artistas preferidos Gracias estos me alluda a crecer en mi Arte y me inspira cada día más Dios los bendiga
Excellent documentary, I enjoyed it a lot.
Thanks!
The people working at the museum were so unfriendly and inconsiderate with visitors
The painting on the massacre in Korea, as set in stone by the narrator, "just doesn't work AT all."
It works for me. It is one of the most alive depictions I've seen in a long while. Who is this man to tell anyone what they ought think of any art, ever? ! But then he does sport a tie & shirt, so I guess that means he's right, right? Just a thought; it'll be long gone by now.
I can't believe some of the crap people type about Picasso. He was capable of painting realism, different documentaries explain and show some of his realistic work and it was astonishing and impeccable. He chose not to paint that way.

?
Ask your self a question.
I'm fourteen years old with the technical ability of a artist twice my age. I've seen the old masters in the galleries, and I get the plot.
Right, I want to be the most brilliant, the most famous, the most industrious and above all that, the most inventive artist the world has ever seen.
That is what he set out to achieve. I'm of to Paris, that's where it's all happening, you Parisians better look out, I'm coming to your City to do something never seen before.
There are very few people you can truly call a genius. Picasso changed the way we see art, the way we feel art, the way we understand an image and what the brain senses when we look at his work, and all art today.
Well done, give him a gold star, as my infant teacher used to say.
She could not believe that he would abandon her … (Quote).
I read a book written by his granddaughter ….She "painted" him as a real bastard who was very difficult on his family . Lots of death and destruction surrounding him . Grandson committed suicide with bleach another woman shot herself ….The granddaughter who needed many years of therapy said it was "The Picasso curse". Very dark book and life surrounding him and his family
He's not an artist.
Pas mal
this documentary was a blessing that gave mercy to my anxiety stricken soul, it had all the information I needed to know about Picasso's art and influences for my homework
If Picasso had been kidnapped (he never was), the best ransom would have been give him a canvas and oil paints, and let him work for a day..then release him and keep the painting..
I would give 10 years of my useless life to give him 2 days more of his .
Who needs viagra , when you have a woman 40 years your junior ?
I learned , some . Thank you.
Picasso sucks. Another "artist" who "urinated" on canvas.
I think maybe Pablo saw something of Marie Therese in Sylvette. She wasn't having him though. I've been there too. Sometimes it's pathetic being an aging man. It is what it is I suppose.
Absolutely brilliant documentary
Thanks 4 the upload. This is the best Picasso documentary, period.
55:00 – PICASOS FATHER WAS A BAD PAINTER?? ARE YOU BLIND OR JUST RETARDED??
Picasso was a man of vision, talent and above all, a master of art. It makes me happy to have seen a real Picasso. This was in Barcelona and Los Angeles. I will never forget Barcelona.
Do these people actually think we come to use our valuable time to see these miserable looking people or too actually see Picasso and his works?
Y la pelicula cuando? A ver si alguien la puede conseguir, m hace ilusión ya q fue muy custionada por su hija Paloma
Really was very very afraid of death..so lived life intensely, thanks from free Catalonia
