  1. I just love John Davisi's voice, calm and peaceful. His practice is professional. You just can't stay distracted in the meditation
    I have a little advice for people very stressful who get distracted easily, practice the session before as if you're listening to music, and at the end of the day do it, you'll be interested in applying what you heard instead of doing it as a shore

  5. Hi there. I just turned 65 and I've never dealt with anxiety & depression like this before. I was making real progress between meds & working with a therapist, then I developed a jaw issue, most likely from anxiety from clenching my jaw. Very painful the last 4 days. My jaw muscles have tightened up to the point where my teeth, face & ears hurt. having a real rough time dealing with the pain. I'm already taking pain & muscle relaxant meds but they're not helping much. I feel my anxiety & depression coming back in a big way. I feel like I've lost all of the progress that I've made. I'm also back to the point where I get a song in my head, and I can't get it to leave. From one song to the other, non-stop. Very disturbing. I'm hoping this video will help.

I feel so bad if youre here but a Little reminder that everything Is fine cause I was balling my eyes It with tears beacause some ppl were bullying me and they do that everyday to the point that I Just cant anymore and I Hope that none of you are going through something like this and I you are dont worry you are never alone I am also with you. So please do this beacause It helped so much I feel much calmer than before ❤

  7. How can you try to resolve a problem. When you don't know what the problem is, that's causing it! I feel so frustrated because there isn't a specific thing that sets me off. I don't know what to work on! It just happens. I don't suffer from social anxieties, I don't have money worries, I have a stable relationship, and a beautiful family. Ive had cb therapy, so am aware of grounding and all that stuff. My body just likes to go into fight or flight mode as and when it wants to but I don't know the cause 😫😭.

  8. Nothing worse than when you’re having constant intrusive thoughts and anxiety attacks so you watch this video to try and calm yourself only to be told to think of what’s making you anxious
