Hello headspace please make yourself free ❤
Thanks for the instructions. Could someone please increase the volume on this video? I've increased the volume on my laptop to 150% but the sound is still a bit too quiet. If you can't, that's fine too. Thanks!
your app works ‘so well’ that after the forever buffering youtube was much faster
Such a calming voice and talk. Perfect ❤
This is absolutely superb. I had the privilege of reading something similar, and it was absolutely superb. "Reclaiming Connection: The Journey of a Digital Detox" by Joshua Ember

I come back to this meditation and was a relieve that it was easier this time around. Do'nt forget practice makes perfect.
Stress release is essential for maintaining mental and emotional well-being. Whether it's through physical exercise, mindfulness practices, creative outlets, or spending time in nature, finding healthy ways to release stress is crucial. Taking time to unwind not only improves mood but also enhances productivity and overall quality of life. Prioritizing stress release techniques can lead to a more balanced and resilient mindset, better equipped to handle life's challenges.
Thank you so much for this practice! 🙏🏽

I have been struggling with stress issues for a while now and I can't afford any subscription but, I decided last night to search you tube and I found this free video.
Thank you so much Headspace staff for putting up a very helpful video for those of us who need help but can't afford it.
Too much talking. Why cant you pause more and not guide so much?
I've meditated for years and i still can't focus on my breath because as soon as i do, it's like i don't know how to breathe anymore and i start eventually hyperventilating and becoming even more stressed. I can't breathe normally in a relaxed way if im aware of my breathing.
Need to get back on the meditation bandwagon 🥰
I blame this cuz it makes me instant sleep in 10 mins😂
Love this guy's voice and accent!
Is it normal to cry during meditation?
Thank you for putting this on YouTube. I lost my Netflix account and missed the headspace interactive session
This guy is the only person to help I dunno if it's his voice or directions but he's my favorite on headspace and best meditation guide iv tried others.
Love Andy’s voice and the guidance! Thank you 🙏🏻
This was amazing. Thank you
WHY THE HELL IS UR APP ALL MEMBERS IM RIGHT NOW GOING INSANE
My mind is so calm, thank you so much!!
I tried this to manage stress and turns out I fell asleep during the session. Before I was feeling stiffness on my back and right foot but now my body feel like a jelly. I also experience a moment like my lungs forget to inhale 😅
❤❤❤❤❤
During the middle part I really dozed off for a few minutes and it felt like it was half an hour. I have never experienced that before.
Wow that was great, thank you!
this helps me powering through tough moments for the past few years, thanks!
Wow – I felt so calm aftet this. Cheerd Andy!
Whenever I want to get subscription..always card is denied and i couldn't get subscription…I m from India…how can I get the subscription..plz let me know headspace..
oh god it feels like heaven after just 10 mins practising.
Almost going bad on weed but this pulled me back!
What if the feelings hurt só badly?
I just love this for several reasons: no spooky music. He doesn't tell you to focus on each part of the body, or count the breaths, which can be so distracting because you're always at a different pace than the narrator; and his voice isn't fakey and woo-woo – just simple speech.
TY SO MUCH IT TOOK ALL THE PAIN OUT OF MY HEAD
