This reminds me of the sounds heard on the Gary Numan LP’s ‘Berserker’ (‘84) and ‘The Fury’ (‘85) and ,especially, ‘Strange Charm’ (‘87), although I believe he’d upgraded his computers and synths during 1986 . This is like, in some ways, the Numan/Sharpe track called ‘New Thing From London Town’ .
