    coz everytime I try to close my eyes to meditate.
    I saw a ghost face like a creepy one
    it scared me so much and that’s the reason I’m having so much anxiety these days . I feel like something is stoping me from meditating

    Salvation:
    Repent
    Believe Jesus died to blot out your sins
    Believe he rose again
    Be baptised fully immersed in water and be baptised in the Holy Spirit

My history teacher made my class watch this cause we were learning about something and they meditated so we learned about it idk really but it was cool cause I was sitting next to my best friends and my crush anyway half way through I passed out and was lying on the chair just out and my crush woke me up after and was like you were sleeping and I was like what where am I then I realized I was still in school

  4. Idk if I fell asleep?? I’m sitting cross legged with my back against the wall and I was thinking of things (that I forgot as soon as I stopped) and from time to time I would get back to reality to wtv she was saying and a couple of seconds later dive right back to the state I was in. All I know is it was super peaceful and I couldn’t feel my body, it was just my thoughts but I know it wasn’t any bad thoughts. This is my 2nd time meditating to this video so that’s why I’m confused cuz it didn’t happen the first time. It felt like it was wayyy longer than just 20 minutes, it was like at least 45 minutes if not more. Anybody experience this or was I just falling asleep 😭😂 great video nonetheless!

  7. Thank you so much for your help. I was doing this meditation daily and had let my life get so busy again that I stopped. However, during this session I realized that the benefits had continued. I also feel like I was hearing some of the words for the very first time. I also realized that shortly after I began this practice last year I started signing out of all of my written communications with.
