  1. This was a great meditation! I just have one suggestion. For someone whose body is not strong or healthy, it can be really distracting when those qualities are assumed and provided as an affirmation in a meditation. My physical health and pain are part of why I meditate, so the fact that this comes up in so many videos on so many channels makes it hard to find videos I will return to. I think there are other ways you can give affirmations related to the body that will ring true to people who deal with chronic illness, such as saying “I appreciate all the work my body does for me,” or “I am taking care of my body with this meditation.” Thank you for what you do!

The optimal morning cleansing will be the internal use of castor oil, for you need to become completely empty: Empty and cleanse not only your bowels and your body but your mind and your spirit too ! You should know upon the following connections, well known in Asia, especially in India and the surrounding countries, in Papua New Guinea, in Africa in the countries south of the Sahara and in the Caribbean too. By taking regularly early in the morning on an empty stomach 1-3 tablespoons (15-45 ml) castor oil – in the case of a tortuous colon you need a larger dosage – you will remark the following benefits, this one recorded in an increasing importance:
    1) Cleansing the bowels from all the waste deposed there.
    2) Cleansing the human body via the liver from the toxins deposed there.
    3) Cleansing not only the mind but further the spirit.
    Concerning point (2) you should further know upon the following assignments of the Chinese medicine:
    a) skin –> bowels
    b) eyes –> liver
    Conditions:
    – Your gall bladder should be available and intact.
    – You may not take any antihistamines

  3. Is Namaste mandatory for all meditations video? Jk. I loved it I am from the culture where i understand the important of Namaste comparing to general hi, hello. This video worked really well for me giving peace in the time of chaos. Thanks.

I was able to relax for a little bit but I kept having intrusive thoughts about getting hurt like weapons attacking me and black muck trying to attack my health and body, i have severe health anxiety and my thoughts feels out of my control, how can i feel safe and gain control over my mind and thoughts to serve my wellbeing? Thank you
