  4. Tried this for awhile. I think it only works for rich people. Feels great while you are meditating, but when you stop reality hits. Same problems exist.

    I was having a hard time getting iver my ex and feeling depressed. I decided to drink some tea and meditate. When i meditated i felt very calm, but when you said to open your eyes, the depression and my OCD thoughts came back a little bit but not as much. I didnt feel as bad when i started having random thoughts, thank you!
