  1. This is very brief. For exaple: "Where to sit on a 1:1 meeting"… Valid point but doesn't answer it? This video highlights important thing to consider but doesn't suggest what to do in a given scenario.

  2. it's just awekward to do a death gaze at someone and not even blink. sometimes it's better when both people don't need to lock their eyes at each other eyes without looking away or blinking, that's just aw3ekward. the manager who was content with a chill vibe was the guy who hired me, the manager who death stared me and never looked away or blinked, he was the guy who didn't hire me.

  3. "Acting" like a Leader does not make you one! You must make good decisions as well!
    Good decisions beat "acting" every time!
