  1. I few days ago I made a "prayer" to myself that I repeat on my 3-mile walks, during my commute, and when I feel anxious.

    "I Am that I Am. I Am perfect. I Am whole. I Am complete. My experience is perfect, whole and complete. My peace is perfect, whole and complete. My demonstrations are perfect, whole and complete. My health is perfect, whole and complete. My well-being is perfect, whole and complete. My home is perfect, whole and complete. My money is perfect, whole and complete. My vehicle is perfect, whole and complete. I remember who I Am. I Am perfect, whole and complete."

    I am still working on my subconscious buy-in, so at this moment, I am keeping the declaration a bit more general.

  2. Thanks Tom 😊 🫂 🙏 this is an excellent reminder as some teachers out there tell people that we HAVE to repeat our affirmations every day to get results. One even suggests using this "Parrot App" to do so. Where you record your affirmations, then they are looped so you can listen to them on repeat so as to sink into your subconscious mind, reprogramming your subconscious mind. What are your thoughts on this? She says if you don't repeat affirmations every day, you will not manifest what you want!

  3. I’m so grateful to have found this page. You have a way breaking things down to an elementary level and it really is that simple, the book says even a child can understand because this whole thing manifest from that knowing within.
