  1. spiritual dive……..you are saying what the bible says….only you don't mention god or the bible…..at 11 minutes in, you touch on the human spirit…..but that is the key!!!…great video, but too much into eastern thought, and alan watts……I will stick with the new testament, and Jesus!!

  2. Reality = That which is/That I am – simply being aware of being aware – as Life at Large, eternally actualizing infinite potential, because only Eternity can fully embrace Infinity.

Empty of ego (separateness) = Full of Life.

Energy follows attention. Attention follows intention. Intention patterns energy.

Life functions consciously and unconsciously simultaneously. Therefore, consciousness is how something does something (adverb) – not what something is (noun). Reification is a logical fallacy.

We are an open ended possibility.

To actualize potential: dream it, feel it, do it.

  3. The root meaning of the word “maya” is "to measure". When you consider the measurements as if they were the beings and things themselves, you are living in illusion.

Knowledge is always incomplete. There cannot be a scientific theory which totally explains what a grain of sand is. It's immeasurable. Theories are always replaced by new theories and discoveries.

Who am I? Can there be a theory to totally answer that question? I am the immeasurable. Is there a separation between the immeasurable and the immeasurable? Are there two immeasurables? The grain of sand is an appearance of what I am. There is no separation.

There is only Consciousness, the Immeasurable.

  4. According to my own experience "awakening" is all but fun. I understand now why most people are running away from spirituality. Instinctively they feel that their "life" is at stake. You have to die before being reborn. The spiritual path is a very lonely one but once you have experienced the opposite of the ego there is no possible turning back. Personality or ego appears for what it is…just an illusion! The process is painful because what has been done must be undone. The belief in a "self" desintegrates for the profit of a wider "higher self" non-individualized and non-separated from the rest.
The reward is a feeling of mental peace and connection with the world but there is a price to pay in terms of loneliness and discipline.
But to wrap it up I would say that we have no choice…awakening to our true reality is man's destiny. No one can escape it! It's just a matter of time!

  5. I am confused between the two entities you are discussing, the self and the ego. So you are saying the once we die we are released from the self and this entity no longer serves us in the next representation of a more liberated or pure expression of consciousness? Then, the ego was the history of a material perception?

  6. We are All One consciousness:

for example take a bottle of water and 10 different bottle caps of all different shapes and sizes and fill each of them with water from the same bottle. water in this case is consciousness and the caps are human beings and so while our physical body may be different the true essence of who we are remains the same as one. It's only our mind that creates the ego and our ego creates the illusion of separation.

So think to yourself look yourself in the mirror and ask I never handpicked this body how can I identify with it. So if you never handpick the body that you're in how can you be a body just think about it.

  7. Could you please tell me, at the beginning of the video, you put body swimming through the energy, not flying, swimming. Ever since I was a very small girl, I have had that experience. Swimming through thick, warm, and comforting energy. I used to try to explain this to diff people, and I never came across this anywhere. Everywhere there is a flying body..

  8. I feel like I am standing on the edge. I get scared of the plunge. I turn around. Then I feel the pull again, walk up to the edge, get scared, back down. Then one time I take the plunge, I formulate my desire to start the journey and it starts, in fact it was already started when I visualized it. The questions that I couldn't answer, the theories that I couldn't prove were getting answers and proof. What did I do? how did I do? unanswerable. But why does this feel more like a burden than a gift? or more like a Burden and a Gift.
Anyways Thank you for all the Videos you posted so far, they really helped a lot.

  9. It's becoming clear that with all the brain and consciousness theories out there, the proof will be in the pudding. By this I mean, can any particular theory be used to create a human adult level conscious machine. My bet is on the late Gerald Edelman's Extended Theory of Neuronal Group Selection. The lead group in robotics based on this theory is the Neurorobotics Lab at UC at Irvine. Dr. Edelman distinguished between primary consciousness, which came first in evolution, and that humans share with other conscious animals, and higher order consciousness, which came to only humans with the acquisition of language. A machine with only primary consciousness will probably have to come first.

What I find special about the TNGS is the Darwin series of automata created at the Neurosciences Institute by Dr. Edelman and his colleagues in the 1990's and 2000's. These machines perform in the real world, not in a restricted simulated world, and display convincing physical behavior indicative of higher psychological functions necessary for consciousness, such as perceptual categorization, memory, and learning. They are based on realistic models of the parts of the biological brain that the theory claims subserve these functions. The extended TNGS allows for the emergence of consciousness based only on further evolutionary development of the brain areas responsible for these functions, in a parsimonious way. No other research I've encountered is anywhere near as convincing.

I post because on almost every video and article about the brain and consciousness that I encounter, the attitude seems to be that we still know next to nothing about how the brain and consciousness work; that there's lots of data but no unifying theory. I believe the extended TNGS is that theory. My motivation is to keep that theory in front of the public. And obviously, I consider it the route to a truly conscious machine, primary and higher-order.

My advice to people who want to create a conscious machine is to seriously ground themselves in the extended TNGS and the Darwin automata first, and proceed from there, by applying to Jeff Krichmar's lab at UC Irvine, possibly. Dr. Edelman's roadmap to a conscious machine is at https://arxiv.org/abs/2105.10461

  10. a lot of all this can literally just be explained by surrendering to the fact God is real and exists. “Scientists are still trying to understand…” they can’t comprehend what they inherently refuse to see and believe.
