  4. As I got into “lots of love in, lots of love out,” the image I saw as I breathed was each person who loves me sending me a ray, each ray a vibrant, strong color, straight and bold. Then as I breathed out, the image was a pastel rainbow, wavy instead of straight, going out to each of my loved ones. The love that people give to me becomes transformed and combined with others’ love and as I give that love back, it’s touched and influenced by the love I’ve received from so many people.

  6. I've been on this journey of self love since 2020 and after 4 years I can wholeheartedly say that I am worthy of love because I am love.
    I was crying all throughout this practice because I was reconciling with my Self and apologizing for the years I've hated who I am and how I looked. I know healing is difficult and I am still healing but now I am doing so much better than I was before.
