This can be done by introspection and psychological experiments
If computer program i/o timing behavior matches corresponding human behaviours

Patterns for aruguments structures that yields correct conclusion

Acting rationally
A rational agent is expected to act so as to achieve the best outcome or when there is uncertainty to achieve best expected outcome
It need autonomous control for perceiving environment and adapting change in short span or in given time for its goal or aim
