Wow a headspace ad while waiting tell the headspace video
I always wished to be able to turn my ears off sometimes like closing (turning off) the eyes, but later learned the reason why we can't turn ears off is related to safety. But why can't we turn mind off as easy as closing eyes?? I guess Andy offers a tool. I really need to get this tool. Thanks Andy.
Ughhhh, I just want Andy to get on Rogan’s podcast!!!

Is this the dude from Headspace?
I actually like to make the atmosphere like it is a big deal, sort of organizing the place where I meditate, by putting some candles in the floor, maybe incense sometimes. I know it is not obligatory but it helps me to kinda make it my own moment. I hope it is still ok
thanks to headspace, now I can meditate on my own. And as weird as it sounds, sometimes i when I just wanted to last for only 5 minutes, I ended up meditated for 20!
