  4. This really helped me get into the sleeping mood, Sadly, I could not fall asleep. Hey, meditation isn’t for everyone, right? Anyways, I have some quick feedback. First: a some points, you got really close to the mic, so, leave some space for Jesus or whatever. Second: The pauses were really well done and really helped me doze off for a bit, but I feel you came back a bit loud. Maybe next time you could be a bit more quieter later in the video.   5. The whole situation with imagining that you leave your body and observe your room and your resting body completely freaked me out and jolted me awake.
    Not for everyone I guess, but the rest was good!

  6. Been listening to sleep meditations for years and this is truly one of the best. Am wondering though if you have the same type in a 50 or 60 min version because it takes me longer to unwind? I have to hit replay on this one at least 3 times to get to sleep so a longer meditation would help. Thanks.

I feel like I'm lying on a raft, on a gentle sea, just floating with the current, taking me deeper and deeper into that blissful state of just "being".
