The Mindful Movement
Today’s practice is great for those times when you find yourself overwhelmed and experiencing anxiety. This is great for any level.
Breathe deeply, move slowly and release stress. Be in this present moment to let go of anxious tendencies to worry about the unknown. All you need is your mat and be ready to move. Be sure to listen to your body and move in a way that feels good and does not cause pain. Please leave a comment if you have any questions.

π§Yoga is a practice that can invite personal development and help you physically feel great, but it is not a complete substitute for medical care. This can be paired with meditation as well. Please consult your doctor if you have pain to assist you with a successful plan.
π I invite you to make yourself comfortable . . . here at The Mindful Movement, we are an oasis where you can come to tap into your inner peace, positive mindset, and the ability for self-healing.
