  1. Wouldn't that be teleportation, where normally things travel through time but in a black hole it is reversed, so things travel through space?

What about in quantum mechanics isn't there quantum teleportation? Does that have anything to do with faster than light teleportation?

  2. If you're observing something enter a black hole, the object would appear to slow down until it completely stops at the event horrizon, meaning you can't ever see something enter the event horrizon, because it would appear to take an infinite amount of time. If this is the case, shouldn't you see an endless blob of mass at the edge of every black hole you look at if it takes an infinite amount of time to enter the black hole relative to the outside?

  3. I did this at University this semester and I've got to say he basically covered everything apart from the maths. One major point our professor mentioned multiple times is that these are JUST COORDINATES. So time and space don't really switch. The coordinates switch. There are other sets of coordinates (that he mentioned at the end briefly) where they don't switch (like those in the Penrose diagram), time stays as time and space as space

  4. I wonder if enjoying a subscription on Crunchyroll past the event horizon of a non-rotating black hole would change the "This content is not available in your region!" message to "This content is not available at this time!"

  5. Why does a black hole seem to have l a volume? I mean isn‘t the singularity, which is behind the event horizon a „point of infinite density“?
Ahh, why can‘t we have a theory of quantum gravity…

  6. When he says that "Time can be traversed in any direction inside the event horizon", does he mean that it can be traversed both forwards and backwards, or does it imply moving somehow, left and right (whatever that means) in time?? if so, what would this entail or look like?

  7. So is it possible that the universe is merely the interior of a black hole in another older universe? Time here was a space dimension in that parent universe? The Big Bang being the collapse of that singularity? Are BHs in this universe new universes themselves?

  8. Explanation of the Universe.
Time can be described as the rotation of a quantum of three-dimensional space around the junction of measurements. This is not part of the space dimension. This is a factor of space isotropy. Inside the black hole, spatial dimensions are collapsed and the concept of rotation around the center does not exist. Time is zero! There is zero space (Supervacuum) located under mechanical stress, which is not enough for the birth of a new universe.

  9. If photons didn't exist, we would still exist. We don't need light to explain our existence and past and future, do we? So why is light a key element in General Relativity?

  10. This is interesting but its hypothetical. Minkowski space time is a conceptual diagram of how space time relationships are supposed to work in relativity theory. There is no conformal mapping of Minkowski space time to real matter and energy acting under the known fundamental forces of nature outside of the macro level and conceptually as a diagram. It is not real space time, it can not be mapped to real operational space time by experiment in these extremes such as what would happen inside of a black hole. How is the Plank length affected inside of a black hole? How do quantum effects manifest inside of a black hole where matter is asserted to be infinitely dense? This is an attempt to push a mathematical model beyond the realm for which there is any experimental proof that it applies. This is all conjecture.

  11. So in theory if you could create a wormhole to the bottom of the black holes gravity well. Or at the point where the black whole started in it’s time. You could in theory travel back to that point in time. Paring you’re somehow able to warp space to get out of the blackhole. So backwards time travel is possible.

Or also in theory you could travel back and forth through time by using the point from which each black hole started…… Crazy!

  12. What if the big Bang was just a tiny ping and dark energy is just another nearby pings affect we can't detect because it's outside of the observable universe? Just thinking our concept of big may be very small

  13. Inside a blackhole time becomes space and vice-versa. It would be simultaneously time-like and space-like. If it is space-like then I call it the Primordial Quantum Black Hole (PQBH) and if it is time-like then it, I call it Primordial Quantum White Hole (PQWH) that had eventually became our expanding Universe. FUNNY is it not.
