Perfect Workout
Perform each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other. Rest for 60 seconds and repeat
1. DB Skier Swings
2. Dumbbell Burpee Curls
3. Push Up Rows
4. Close to Wide Grip Explosive Push Ups
5. Hollow Hold Flutter Kicks
6. Jumping Lunge Burpees
7. Alternating Single Arm DB Thrusters
8. Alternating Snatch Burpees
9. DB Alternating Chest Press
10. Full Burpees with Hand Claps

Ever since I found your channel I always loved your workouts. Always helped me to get a great wod in when I was traveling and had minimal equipment in hotels or such. I adjust the exercises to my ability and it's therefore always possi le for anyone to do your wods with using common sense making minor adjustments in exercises and the work/rest time ratios.
Big fan here. Glad I downloaded your App. I love your Spartan Wod series on there since they are follow along wods and you are a great motivator which is what I need to get my workouts done sometimes. Just pushing play and having you coach me.

Funk Roberts I always love your workouts, your love for fitness, and helping us get and stay in shape. However, I’m sorry I know people have different taste, but I do not love the song or find it motivating for the time that we live in.
Hello Funk, I follow your workouts, I find them very cool and fun. I got a couple of questions if you can answer. I'm gonna move for work and I only will have available a pull ups bar, a couple of heavy dumbells and a couple oh heavy bells. I made a lot of improvements on my chest using mostly barbell bench press in all its variation. Now that for a year I won't have any bench or barbell available I fear I will loose al my gains in the chest area. Is it possible keeping a very muscolar chest without benching?? I have the impression that when I quit benching for a while my chest dries out😢😢😢
