Perfect Workout
Perform each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other. Rest for 60 seconds and repeat
1. DB Skier Swings
2. Dumbbell Burpee Curls
3. Push Up Rows
4. Close to Wide Grip Explosive Push Ups
5. Hollow Hold Flutter Kicks
6. Jumping Lunge Burpees
7. Alternating Single Arm DB Thrusters
8. Alternating Snatch Burpees
9. DB Alternating Chest Press
10. Full Burpees with Hand Claps
