The Mindful Movement

Today we will practice letting go, as letting go is just that, this guided meditation practice and can facilitate profound healing. I am honored to be your guide for this practice.

Perhaps it is time to make space for something new. A new way of seeing things. As we dance the journey that is our life, we pick things up that may hold us back from growing, or from experiencing true happiness. These things we have picked up might be resentment, anger, or negative emotions and they can be stored in the body and held onto tightly.

  1. Just glancing at the messages below, I, too, feel the power in this meditation. When you note, "You have made," about the feelings and memory about a situation or person, it was as though all of my cells lit up with understanding. I'm the one who is holding onto those energies, replaying the conversations and feelings. I'm the one who can choose to replace the negativity and memory with shining light instead, and give myself the space to heal by really being willing to let it drift away so that I may live my life more fully and much lighter.   5. I found this meditation through your mindful tips: it's OK to let go. This is a timely meditation to allow myself to just let go of past hurt and cropped up emotions with it. Look, I can’t speak for everybody else and what you’ve all been through, but no, I cannot see the love and light that exists in me in this other person, or in these other people since it’s been done to me more than once. No I cannot see them as me. I have given these people multiple opportunities to show me that anything is in them of that nature. Some people are malignant narcissists. Some people are flaming bags of crap. Please give me the version of this that doesn’t require me to ignore that.

  7. A blessed healing, to release past or recent past events that cant be changed. I will return to this valuable practice, i do believe we carry much that causes physical ilness. Deep down i know this and learned the hard way, now i immediately recognize & address anything negative pending resentment that can fester in a negative way.

  8. this medication is so beautiful and helps me define my problems easier and be able to see more clearly. right now in life i feel stuck but this medication helped me see a little bit of light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm still struggling to let go of past trauma. 14 years of sexual abuse, shaming, guilt, violence, neglect and abandonment was all done as a child so now my blueprint is all about trauma and being a victim. I'm so sick and bored of these feelings and the past keeps playing in my mind and the resentment I feel for my mother and her sisters and there children is unreal. These feeling are affecting my health and has been for a long time. My relationships are void, I don't go out and meet ppl, I wouldn't try for a baby b/c I cannot bare another death and I am super afraid of opening my heart as there isn't any more love to give. This meditation was nice though but I came out of it feeling the way as i do everyday

  11. I just found your channel last night and listened to 2 videos and fell asleep in the middle of the 2nd one. Your voice is so soothing and the background music is not jarring. I just listened to this one and it hit a nerve when i thought of my abusive bio dad who has passed.When i thought of him getting ready to hit me i thought "i was a bad little girl" and I thought i deserved that. But i didnt deserve to be hit-i was a good little girl. Thank you for letting me see that so i can let that memory and experience go. I'm still crying as i type this. I just subscribed and plan to binge listen to your channel tonight.

  13. Sara, Xmas 2020: Thank you for this timely meditation. I am an old man and yet just buried my father. We had a difficult relationship for all these years and today I get to release some of my hurt and resentment toward him. Today I will go to his fresh grave and tell him of these anchors I've been carrying my whole life and leave them with him. You are one of God's angels, thank you.

  14. Wow. I've been doing "letting go" meditations a lot recently to manifest my SP, but I learned that a lot of my resistance has to do with my twin sibling that I didn't think I held any resentment towards. I realized that I was letting my insecurities of "being manly enough" shape a lot of that resentment because I was trying so hard not to be compared to my twin the entire time we were growing up together. This released so much pressure that I literally had no idea I was holding onto. Bawled my eyes out for 20 minutes but the intensity of how this has opened my eyes in letting go of this, wow.. I hope meditations like this one will continue to release any resistance I have so that I can continue to manifest my dream desires. Thank you for this video; I had no idea I needed it, which makes it all-the-more special to me because I was able to truly feel myself letting go. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I am sending positive feelings your way 😁
