13. With Earth currently in low consciousness, most people choose their jobs based only on highest salary offered, not what interests them the most. As we move toward higher consciousness, more people will start to be attacted to jobs that align with their strongest interests, making their jobs fun and inspirational which naturally will raise work efficiency.
