When you expect your reality to be something other than what it actually is, you add unnecessary suffering to your experience. When you can release your resistance, and accept what is, you can experience peace. What you are thinking about right before you fall asleep will set the tone for not only the quality of your sleep but also your mindset for the next day. You have the choice to change the way you look at things.

  6. I have to say this is probably the best I’ve ever listened to of this sort of hupnosis videos.

    So good that I booked two exams! In the past I didn’t dare to do things due to fear of failure.

    By accepting myself as I want me to be means I no longer hold back for fear of failure as it is not substantiated anymore.

    Whilst listening to this video I sleep within minutes and have very vivid dreams where I’m in control of situations!

    It’s been 3 nights now and it really is working!

  11. Don’t let go of all beliefs that don’t serve you! First of all because serving you does not make you whole or at peace. Serving others makes you whole and at peace. Second of all beliefs that feel like they are not”serving you” may be trying to save you from your human tendencies that can DESTROY you.

  15. Can u please make a video for drug addiction please ? And for withdraws or for the process of releasing addictions because that process is not easy and there's a few phases to go thru before successfully letting go of a drug it's very hard to adapt to sobriety after such a long time of use. Please try it out I'm sure it will really help a lot of addicts who can't afford treatment
