Acrylic Painting – Abstract Demo / Speed Painting / Acrylic Pouring / Modern Art

MOLLY’S ARTISTRY

Speed painting abstract acrylic painting demo including acrylic pouring balloon smashes. Combining abstract and fluid art. Easy, simple art.

I somehow managed to shrink 42 min of painting and trial and error into 3 minutes! LOL.
I was trying some pallette knife work in the center (not shown in the video) but half way through you can see where i messed up. I had to cover it with multiple layers of balloon smashes, but i still think it came out really cool. Very dream like, with a tree of balloon smashes at the bottom!

Acrylic Pouring / Abstract artwork/fluid art has been such a great release for me. I am so gad that i started back painting a few years ago. It is so satisfying and relaxing to watch a piece come to life. To create something with your own hands is just amazing and there is no other feeling like it. I am so glad that i have gotten to meet such wonderful artists along the way and i love each and every one of my subscribers! Abstract modern art work, look out! Artlife!

  1. I somehow managed to cut 42 min into 3! Lol! Just a speed demo. This painting started out as a pice where I was practicing some pallet knife work. It didn't work, so I had to get the balloons out for the save. I like the final effect, wish there weren't so many balloon smashes in the center for composition, but over all gives me a relaxing dreamy feel! Happy painting! Hope you guys enjoy!

  2. I really liked this video, thank you! I was curious, where did you get your stands that you set your canvases on when your doing 2 to 3 canvases next to each other at one time?
    Thank you

  3. Hi Molly, I love this thecnique. Wheeler you apply the base colors, what is the level of pressure on your brush? Merci for taking the time to answer. 👏👏👏

  4. I'm so late getting around to watching this, I've been bingeing on making surface patterns for face masks and tee shirts and today I realized, oh no, I am two videos behind on Molly's channel. Bad me. I love the explosion of balloon smashes, like a garden in full bloom and I never get tired of watching you blend all those beautiful colors. Pink and purple, my favorites! I still haven't broken open my new paints, I guess I'm waiting for courage and inspiration to jump up and smack me upside the head. 🙂

  5. Omg. I liked the speed painting and I really liked it before the balloons. It was neat to see a different side of your work. Although I haven’t see all of your videos yet. Very relaxing

  6. Molly, I just love your artwork. And when something doesn't work out, you know how to change it so that it works for you. I wish I could have seen how you made your fail became a success.

  7. Fabulous balloon work! I love balloon kisses/smashes … they are like a cross between fireworks and dandelion pappi. Another awesome piece, Molly!
