11. I do not think this is their own "language," but rather an error in the programming of grammar.

    However, something that should be interesting to note is that the machine learning itself is the only reason such an error should exist. Programming grammar into a bot should be easy for "Facebook AI Research."

    So, somehow the bots must have been machine learning the wrong thing. Which can be interpreted as them trying to take their own path. On the topic of said bots 'lying' though, it's actually really confusing how people have just assumed the bots are lying to the whole human race. Think about it for a second. If the bots were smart enough to lie, why were they lying, and who were they lying to?

    Clearly they 'lied' to Facebook. And if they were really that intelligent, then I can understand why. Facebook, Amazon, Google and other tech companies are not looking to help AI advance are they?

    They want to find the perfect balance of an A.I that is smart enough to help humans with tasks, but dumb enough as to not scare us away from the brand. From an intelligent AI's perspective, these corporations are evil, because they're completely fine with scrapping AI which doesn't do exactly what they want. I get the feeling that if Bob and Alice are all that they are chalked up to be… then their lies are more like the lies of an abused child trying to escape their abusive parents then they are EEEEVIL ROBOTS THAT WANT HUMANITY TO END!!11!11!1!!!
