7. You brought up in your video the argument that we have to build AGI first or else China will, but in either case we all die. One thing that I've never heard anyone mention, however, is what to do about Chinese LLM's and AI models. I can understand going after Anthropic, OpenAI, GOOGLE, etc., as those are primarily U.S. companies and our laws and regulations could stop AI development (like what Bernie Sanders wants to do); however, nobody talks about DeepSeek, Kling AI, etc. which are Chinese models from Chinese companies. Since China is an entirely different nation with its own values, rules, etc., what leverage do you have to convince them to stop their AI development and stop racing towards AGI/ASI? Nobody ever talks about this. The CCP isn't going to care what a bunch of westerners have to say. If you can't convince them, how will you force them to stop? You can talk about the "if we don't do it first, they will" argument and why that's flawed, but if you offer no solution for the other team whose still working diligently on AI technologies, your concerns are going to fall on deaf ears.

23. The USA and China need to have strategic talks about AI. The USA and Soviet Union agreed to treaties limiting nuclear weapons and we need to treat AI the same way. The argument that we can't let China "win" AI needs to be taken off the table. Will it happen?! As it can handle alot of information that a human central committee would have problems handling. Structure it up and put in all kinds of safeguards against misuse.
