The On-Device Artificial Intelligence (AI) demonstration of people recognition uses the Tensilica Vision P6 DSP and YOLO algorithm (You Only Look Once). The algorithm is based on a neural network and is trained in the recognition of people. Reliable people recognition is an essential basic function, e.g. for emergency brake assistants or for highly automated driving.
