  1. Hi! Very cool project!

I have a question. This AI is learning from raw pixel data as an input, but since this seems to be made in AI gym, I suppose that the reinforcement (rewards/punishment) for certain behaviours are retrieved from the game itself. Is there any way to do this from raw pixel data as well? For example, reading a score, or responding to a certain sound etc.? Since this is what 'real' players have to go by. If not, how would you go about getting progression/status info from a simple web-game for example that might be as simple as flappy bird or super mario?

  2. Those videos are very cool, do you have plans to put it against real humans in a deathmatch? Or make it learn tricks like sr40, sr50, maybe even rocket jumps and jump mazes? Or play other mods, like survival, speedrun, invasion, CTF and etc?
Would be very fun… Of course you don't have to, just giving ideas…
