    I'm really fond of this program
    This video have just mentioned many benefits,but I want to add that AI also saves money for the companies and reduces number of employees, in addition AI is available any time so the applicant doesn't have to wake up early to ask or go to a company,last but not least AI is a strict program so it refuses or accepts the application according to the given qualifications.

    If this tech only depends on the facial featurs, it can't predict whether or not this person is really qualified, or suitable to this job.

  3. I don't think that anybody's this much busy that they can't sit to take some interviews. What I've experienced is this that people just don't want to engage themselves with people. In the last decade, direct people to people contact has drastically reduced leaving a gap which's only yawning with each passing day and providing a handsome platform for misconception to grow. Our understanding of human thought and values, their culture and their knowledge has shrunk and the over dependence on technology are making us literally ignorant about them. I request everybody to make it possible to strike a right balance between the conventional and modern tools so that our actions would reflect it in our daily lives.

  4. Since recruitment procedure can be really time consuming and expensive, this kind of tools can really boost the efficiency in terms of evaluation of candidates. On the other hand, this method might raise concerns among candidates being not familiar with today’s technology, therefore the initial “mark”, given by AI can negatively influence people appraisal in the eyes of future employer.

    They'll look at facial movement. They'll listen to the tone of your voice, and they believe that they can really accurately predict now certain character traits, just through using the AI(Artificial Intelligence) technology on your video interview.

    At the moment, it tends to be bigger companies who are using video interviews and artificial intelligence.

    For certain types of roles, we work with a number of clients, say within the retail sector where, you know, they're doing high volumes of recruitment and they're looking for ways of saving time and also being able to really clear, sort of, vast numbers of applicants through to people that they're really serious about.

    Whether it's a useful tool, a time saver or another hurdle in a difficult jobs market, as technology improves, recorded video interviews will become more common.
