No it's not an ASC, because you haven't lost awareness of your internal state and external environment. e.g. If you only got 2 hours sleep the night before an exam, you'd still be able to read, interpret and respond to questions! Your visual, auditory and other sensory perceptions would still be relatively accurate! I hope that clarifies matters!!
