  1. I lost my parents last year a few months apart and you are really help me. I am very anxious and I have a heart and blood pressure issues since I am only 37 and this loss of my mom and dad has devastated me. I am trying to stick with this and light yoga to help me understand why this happened this way and what to do now. Thank you for the surrender meditation it really is helping me. Sending blessings 🙏

I meditate at least twice a day -in the morning, before going to bed and sometimes in the afternoon-, but lately I relax soooo easily that I often fall asleep or doze off during the meditation or I'm semi-conscious and I don't remember anything I heard during the process. I don't feel discouraged by it and continue to practice meditation daily… but sometimes I wonder if it's just a phase and if I should actually try to be more "conscious" to notice the results.

  3. Hi Jason being meditating a while but due to a back injury the only way I can meditate is to lie down,i don't feel the benefits as much as opposed to sitting 🙏🏻
