At last, after listening to the poor quality rip that’s been floating around (Blogspot) for years, I finally decided to make a proper one myself.
This one is free from the hiss, mistracking, skipping, clicks that plagued the train wreck of a rip the previous was.
That “album” so to speak has tracks with a quite SNES Kirby vibe which I absolutely love (I mean listen to Executive Travel, it could have been an intro for KDL3…), not to mention the Vaporwave material ones.
Favourite tracks on there : Street Pictures, Tristar, Flashpoints, Today’s Girl.
Equipment used :
– Pro-ject Debut III [DC motor mod]
– Ortofon 2M Blue
– ART DJ Pre [battery powered]
– Steinberg UR22
Originally processed in 24-bit 192Khz, manual declicking / denoising…
Don’t hesitate to ask any question, I’ll answer them ASAP.
Cheers !

19:18 Was used at the beginning of the "Who invented Computers?" Cassette
41:15 Was added right after.
And of course, 38:38 was used as Aaron Spelling's Worldvision logo's theme.
The Worldvision '87 logo was "Moog Statement 14" at 38:38? Mind…blown.
Came here for Statement 14, aka the music used for Cobra Media, Media West, Crown Movie Classics and of course, Worldvision. The pitch is lower on the WV Home Video and Enterprises logos.

Came here for statement 14 38:35

37:18 is one of my favorites and I think that I heard it in a soap opera back in the early 80s.. was it GH?
and of course 38:39 is my Worldvision favorite!
38:35 Tune this in lower pitch and you get the music for the famous WV Home Video logo.
2:53 The theme music for Animation Entertainment's upcoming series Kex, Pip & Uno

SO THE WORLDVISION HOME VIDEO JINGLE WAS STOCK….
Brilliant stuff. 38:11 (Moog Statement 12) was used by the British-run station Radio Atlantico del Sur during the Falklands War in 1982 as an interval signal.
38:37 Worldvision jingle was born
Good afternoon, I am looking for a very rare song present on a documentary, since several years. To date, the only information I know about the song in question is that it must surely be from 1985 or earlier (since the documentary was made that year) and that the record label is CGD. So it must probably belong to some artist, I assume foreign, belonging to that record company (maybe Andy Clark?).
In the hope that someone can help me find the title, here is the link where you can listen to the song briefly:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lts8vSE2HdY&t=1249s
especially at 11:48 and 12:32
I will be happy to make a large donation, adequately rewarding anyone who reads this message and is able to find this passage I need to know the title and author. Thanks in advance to everyone! Soon!
Could you upload the original direct recording to mega or mediafire?
Statement 2, the RTÉ Radio One news jingle used around 1983-1987. Very excited to find this.
This is a treasure trove, and I'm finding it 7 years too late.
Came here for Today’s Girl
