    During the growth of the industrial revolution, much slower than the AI era, pollution and destruction of the environment increased at an alarming rate. A congress dominated by cowards and incompetents who are using their government positions to make more money and conserve political power that they could not have before. Look at trumpf, hegseth, noem, patel, et al. All incompetents who were given positions by a democratic system that never saw half its voting population becoming sheeple. AI is scary because while humans think they can put it in a sandbox and control it, look behind you now, it's out!
