We need AI judges more urgently than the AI lawyers. Because, corrupt, biased and bad judges are most dangerous to our social justice system than the bad lawyers. Also the long years of pending cases in the courts can be cleared within months, reducing the legal work burden of our legal system. how this is useful in the criminal matters ? there is crpc in india , there is indian evidence act , there are many other state laws in india , how it is useful for government pleader and defence lawyer in criminal matters ?
