Peter Piot discusses the risk of another global pandemic in our interconnected world and discusses the shortcomings of the global response to the West African Ebola outbreak and, drawing on his experience combating HIV/AIDS, he will highlight the need to focus on prevention and preparedness for future health threats.
Peter Piot is the Director of the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and a Handa Professor of Global Health. He is the first Chair to lead Her Majesty’s Government’s Strategic Coherence of ODA-funded Research (SCOR) Board. He is Vice-Chair of the board of the Global Health Innovative Technology Fund in Tokyo, Vice-Chair of the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) board, Chair of the Global Burden of Disease Independent Advisory Committee and Chair of the King Baudouin Foundation US. He is a member of the board for the African Health Research Institute, in Durban, and the Public Health Foundation of India and a member of the Oxford Martin Commission on Future Generations. He was the Chair of the MRC Global Health Group and a member of the MRC Strategy Board. Previously he was President of the International AIDS Society, Chair of the WHO Ebola Science Committee and Chair of the European Forum for Forward Looking Activities.

I'm curious about his statement about naturehealthy living ideas that lead to communism & Nazi's (not his exact words). How are they related? I love nature & care about healthy living, but I'm not at all in favor of communism or being a Nazi.
The click bait title should of been history of epidemics and other things. Nothing about what the title lead on until the last four minutes.
If these so called 'Pandemics' are anything like the H1N1 seeming to be mass murder plot of 2009 then they are man made.
Everyone needs to be extremely wary of the nature of the W.H.O. which uncannily 'predicted' the Pandemic 6 that would have occurred if the contaminated 'vaccine' produced by Baxter had NOT been accidentally discovered to be twice contaminated and deadly. In other words there would have been the pandemic warned about and it would have been caused by the 'vaccine' (A 'vaccine that had already cleared for distribution!)
People should not forget that governments at the time were attempting to make these 'vaccines' MADATORY and that there was a huge concurrent media/propaganda campaign aimed at making people who resisted these vaccinations 'responsible' for the 'further spread' of the underlying 'virus' and therefore supposedly endangering others by their avoidance of the vaccine.
Beware people: There are bioweapons in use out there and there are entities who want the majority of us to be dead because they believe that the planet is over populated or would easier to control with significantly less people in it. This is not 'conspiracy theory' this information is verifiable available in the public domain from multiple sources.
