Welcome to Art Theory in Disneyland where we take a look at the artistic impacts and influences of the happiest place on earth. It’s the inaugural episode and TBelle’s taking it in squeefully.

  1. Ok. This is great. I've been a huge fan of Tony and Charlie for a while this is definitely a different and unique voice from their content that is really awesome and something that, content wise, doesn't really exist yet in the youtube space. As an artist and lover of theme park design this is a perfect investogation that many fans of the industry should hear. Best of luck! #the4ththemeparkguy

  2. Oh, this is great, I loved it! Very excited to see this in the future! Quick question though, just out of curiosity. From 4:15 did you tell Mr. Goldmark to make such a particularly angry face compared to the others, or was that just his choice? His expression just jumped out at me and made me laugh.

  3. As a burgeoning cartoonist (of the comics variety) whose only connection to Disneyland is "my mother went there once as a little girl and I think I have her old home movie and a View Master set about it around here somewhere" I find this idea interesting and look forward to this series. I don't know what that had to do with my life story but there it is.

  4. WOO! I'm looking forward to the next episode. btw, when was this recorded? big thunder ranch is there so it must have been a while ago

  5. How many of these do you envision? Also, any ideas of expanding this idea into other media? It honestly sounds like this could be really a brilliant project!

  6. Ohh I’m so gonna love this show, I studied graphic design at art college and while it wasn’t a main point on my course I loved discussing art theory with my tutors, sadly most of them were the umm classic stereotypes of art theory students and if you didn’t do fine art you were a moron(actual words of a tutor) though I did convince the same tutor a shot of wishes on Main Street was an allegory for the American dream contrasting with the war in terror 🙂

So I’m really looking forward to seeing the aspects of this from someone who knows what they’re talking about and has as love for the more umm fun Disney aspects of the parks

  7. Oh my gosh this was amazing. I don;t mean to put any pressure on, I really don't, but do you have any info to share with us about the release schedule for upcoming episodes?
