I would have been more worried if there wasn't something weird going on behind the scenes.
That's right we try to "speed wear" things just like everyone else and just like everyone else our results are total fabrications based on assumptions so obviously flawed a kindergartner could pick them apart.

This kind accelerated endurance might work for metal components, but on plastic and rubbers that degrades wth voc, oxygen and uv exposure over time this the reasult would be misleading.
Used to think these guys were a cool niche group but now I can’t help but look at them as job stealers
I’ve noticed something similar with a cable that runs from my 3D printer chassis up into the heating bed, rubbing on the chassis. I’ve started lubricating the cables quarterly!
