  1. I really appreciate how bird-like Atlas' head movements are at the end when he's being remot controlled off down the hallway. I feel like we're really seeing Atlas in that part. I also thought it was kind of funny how Atlas kind of Snaps into emotes like it's a videogame character. This is pretty much the real life equivalent of someone bringing an MMO character into real life, except all of the actions they can do are only the ones preprogrammed in the videogame, and the player is still in control for the most part. Very clunky. Kind of reminds of Mogworld actually.

  2. You can tell, compared to Chinese models, this guy is made for heavy lifting and factory operations. He is slow to change stances and acts more like a video game character who can emote than a human, but as a factory robot, it's like watching a walking robot arm it's amazing!

  3. Gotta love how people are more excited about being on camera than the horror show in front of them. Kind of sympathize with the kids in the stands as they're the ones that are going to hunted by that thing one day.

  4. Awesome technology, for the haters yes it's currently being controlled by a human, but inside of 15 years it's successes all by themselves will be able to run onto that soccer field and absolutely annihilate in a game of soccer any human soccer player that has ever existed… Now go and have a little cry about it 😂 fkn wingers

  5. okay, if that high tech today it is truly shameful, not how to run a business. boston dynamics can do it better, as they have proven in those weekly promotion videos. Why not let him perform a penalty shootout in the stadium in front of the audience with a real world champion keeper? Perhaps he would have scored at the end, ftw!

  6. You have to appreceate the way BD have made is not look like a robotic/cybernetic horror show. Just round joints and smooth actuation! Looks just like a scaled up Mekano or some kind of Lego with pin and hole joints.
