Bitdefender needs to make the auto-renewal option available from your customers account on Bitdefender Central & not from an email only. That is a deceptive / predatory business practice that does not meet my expectations of a company that's providing security products. Wouldn't you agree? I know Avangate is behind this billing & renewal portion of you company as well as many other software companies. Maybe there should be an Avangate module to protect your customers from this predatory practice they promote. I will be watching & commenting publicly.

Hi, Bitdefender, Can a malware run bitdefender uninstaller and uninstall bitdefender before infecting the system?
I somewhere heard, that you are only checking hashes for enterprise users and don't load up files for further testing. Is this true? Because in my opinion, you could have my enterprise data for further testing if you constantly delete it afterwards. I think this would be another contribution for a better safety of All customers than just using hashes. I personally have many special crafted files on my entpoints and maybe there could be some malicious Code inside, you never know…… And is it the same with Home solutions?
I would like to know if Bitdefender for Mac (available in the Apple Mac App Store) applies the ML stated in this video
