  1. I think the sound of her voice is so calming and comforting, and that really makes a difference in how I felt during the meditation. If only she was a doctor I would love to have her take care of my health.

  2. Thanks for the video content! Apologies for butting in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you ever tried – Marnaavid Unexplainable Intervention (probably on Google)? It is an awesome one off guide for learning how to hack your flow state without the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cooworker finally got amazing success with it.

  3. This is the first time I start meditation, and it is magical that I thought I have experienced for at least 10 minutes but it is just 5 minutes. I never believed the effect of meditation before but this time, honestly speaking, I think it works somehow. I feel that my body becomes lighter and the same with breath. It feels like my energy coming back a little, not that much but it save me from the anxiety and tired brain. Thanks a lot.
